Charlese is the pastor and principal of the El Shaddai Cooperative School in Quita, Guinea-Bissau. He is a local pastor that CCF supports directly. We also provide funding and support for the construction of the school.

Susan Daughtridge

SIM USA

Susan works as a Mobilizer and Short-Term Missions Coordinator with SIM USA. She walks alongside and facilitates the process of missionaries getting to the field to serve at a Short Term capacity (less than a year). She coordinates with field offices all over the world to determine what may be a good placement and ministry based on their skills and passions. ministry. She is passionate about helping people achieve their calling in cross-cultural ministry to help reach the 3 billion people who have not yet heard the gospel.

Tony & Cathy Webb

Vision USA

Tony and Cathy Webb had a vision many years ago to start churches, and had planted four by 1995. The Webbs joined with other leaders and formed an organization called Vision Ohio, working with churches to expand the outreach. Tony and Cathy have a vision of planting churches around the world

Filipe and Gacie Lopes

Are working in Guinea-Bissau for their church in Brazil, El Shaddai ministry. Their goal is church planting and revitalization, through support with MAP, books, and with social projects, such as schooling, nutrition, and discipleship using football. Graciele has a project that supports teenagers and young people studying in private schools. Filipe and Graciele have worked in Guinea-Bissau for the last 12 years, along with their son. 

El Shaddai School

Guinea-Bissau, Africa

Since 2017, Pastor Reaves has worked with local pastors and leaders in the village of Quita, Guinea-Bissau to bring a school to the village. Since then the construction of an elementary school for over 400 children was completed. Crossway, Pastor Reaves, and mission teams continue to support the work of the school and plans are underway to add a High School in the near future.
